I for one don't think taking supplements is wrong. For the last month I have been taking Shapeshift I ordered from Alissa that has 10 grams of hemp protein in it besides other good stuff. It has effected my work out with weights in a very postive way. :)

I did body for life a year and a half ago while eating Atkins. I just tweaked my diet and made sure I was eating lots of small meals. I don't think you would necessarily have to add supplements, I didn't. They suggest doing your workout on an empty stomach, and then eating. I would make sure you are getting a lot of fruits for energy.

BFL was great for me, I just couldn't ever keep up after the 12 weeks. I knew it wouldn't be something I did for life. Ironic, huh? ;)

Wow, :eek: :eek: , I've just visited that site, those transformation pics are incredible!!! Unbelievable, how someone can change that much, blows my mind!!
But I think there's a lot of excercise involved, maybe too much??
