Hi All,

I have been changing and shifting and looking for some feedback with my food plan.

Just FYI---I am 34--5'3"..size 3/4 would rather be a 2 about 112-115?? lbs....female..sorta slow metabolizer..pitta-kapha...caretaker, oversensitive, overfeeler, witty and sarcastic(I have been told very funny). I am also in OA--overeaters anonymous--have been for 11 yrs. I was 60lbs heavier at age 23. I have always been a healthy eater--not really a typical SAD diet since age 20 maybe. Since April of 2005 i have been clear of meats and fish and have not eaten flour, sugar, processed foods, dairy, eggs etc for years.

Here is my dilema..I have been very hypoglycemic which then makes me quite irritable for the past few weeks. I have NOW added in some raw protein and WONDER IF IT IS TOO MUCH. I have been HIGH RAW with my only un-raw item --steamed green veggies and occasional ginger or peppermint tea. For the past few days I have eaten more seeds/nuts and find that I do not want the steamed veggies..A PLUS..However although it is for others,,,'I am not one to be able to eat ANYTHING AS LONG AS IT IS RAW!! I gain weight pretty easily or get sluggish in the BM department. :o Again some feedback with my daily intake would be great...I am also keeping a journal and hoping that helps too. My goal --to have steady blood sugar and lose a few extra pounds and have energy to last longer--at the gym. I workout with weights and cardio for 4 hours per week and do yoga pilates daily for at least 5-15 minutes. Thanks and sorry for the long post.

PS I am deathly allergic to nuts and super senstive to garlic sea salt and grains. i eat at 9 -11-1 lunch is at 3 (DUE TO WORK--It is hard to eat my salad..without gobbling it down...I like to chew a lot and not rush) 7pm juice and dinner at 8ish with my hubby.


BEFORE AFTER

B: 18oz fruit-berries apple pear sometimes banana B:same
S: 2 organic pears S: same
S: 2 peeled --for my IBS--organic apples-- S: same
L: 18oz mixed veggies some raw some steamed L: about 14oz all veggies
with 2 TBSP flax oil all raw with 2.5oz Ground
sunflower seeds or raw tahini
BLENDEDwith 1 T. Flax oil dash
of lime

S: 2-3cups green veggie juice S: same
w /peeled granny smith apple

D: same as above lunch or all raw fruit D: same as new lunch or all
and maybe some banana ice crm. fruit



My veggie choices are mixed baby greens , shredded carrots celery cukes and zuchinni..mostly all organic. I do not like pepper, lemons, onions,mushrooms etc. I am also NOT a fan of green smoothies....but love juicing. I juice heavier greens like kale and collards with celery cukes parsley and green apple occasional carrot. then eat one green apple.

Thanks for any input. As for how I feel okay just more "full" and fear the constipation and weight gain....but more energy and stamina.

okay i typed this WAY MORE organized than this...the before and after food plans were side by side in columns....Got smooshed as i posted..SORRY ????????? (I am a teacher and a clear presentation is EVERYTHING) LOL

for clarity sake..

BEFORE daily intake

B: 18 oz mixed fruit--berries pears mango apples etc
S: 2 organic pears
S: 2 peeled organic apples
L: 18oz mixed veggies and dulse-- some raw some steamed with 2 TBSP Flax oil
S: 2-3 C. raw green drink--juice with one sm green granny smith
D: same as above or all fruit-


NEWER plan

B: same as before
S: same " "
S: same " "
L: 14 oz All raw veggies--as listed in post #1. with 1 TBSP flax oil and 2-2.5oz raw tahini or blended sunflower seeds with some lime.
S: same as before
D: same as NEW lunch or all raw fruits if i am tired.

Hope this is easier to read..

I've gotten some good suggestions in my Grocery List Help post that might be helpful to you. I'm also trying to expand my menu.
