I am working on a fish filet using a nice big piece of young thai coconut. Visually, it looks like a piece of white fish. I think with the right seasoning, this recipe is possible.
I will let you know if I can come up with a recipe worth sharing.

you could sprinkle some nori juice on it.

I have my ingredients and preperation down, I just need to make improvement before I release it.
I will call it stuffed flounder and I will have a raw bread filling in it with onions. It should be very good when I get all the modifications worked out.
This one may be good enough that I can give it to Alissa to use in one of her future books.

Samuel: how did your "stuffed flounder" and I will have a raw bread filling in it with onions"..... turn out?

I ran out of coconut. I will have to try again. I will not give up. Playing with the idea of a brine solution to pull the coconut flavor out of the young coconut flesh first. It will be totally raw.
