When the recipe calls for soaked nuts, soaked sun-dried tomatoes and soaked dates...how long do you soak them? Also do you leave them soaking in the frig?


I made Alissa's marinara sauce and mine came out frothy, light red color...not like Alissa's a a thick dark red, yummy color?? What am I doing wrong?

Yes you can make pizza bread and crackers without teflex and they come out great.
You can put anything you want into your green drink or green smoothie. My husband and I make completely different ones from each other. It is a matter of taste. Experiment and you will find what you like.

What is Shapeshift?This is an expression taken from the shaman or animal spirit teachings. Some people believe that you can actually "morph" or "change into" an animal for example. It is true, that skillfull psychics can learn to meditate and "get under an animals skin" to feel what that is like. This is a kind of practical shapeshifting. Real shapeshifting is of course not physically possible. I assume the expression was used instead of the word "morph".


What is Rejuventative food?
I assume, that people mean healthy, raw, vegan food. Food that is rich in vitamins and other good building blocks for our bodies. This food helps the body heal, and when the body heals, it starts looking younger.

Except if you really ARE young. Of course 13 year olds will not suddenly look a vibrant and happy young 8 years old again. :D It's the older ones, like me, who look 50 when I'm not quite 40 yet. It's nature's own nip and tuck job. ;)

I think Tracy is talking about shapeshift the protein drink. I would also like to know more about it and where can I buy it? I checked out Alissa's site but couldn't find it. Thanks
