First off, I am creating this thread for everyone else. I can assure you that no recipe is too spicy for me. Actually they might be a recipe that is too spicy for me, however, the manly manual informs me that I am never to admit this in public.

Ok, here are some tips....

Tip 1) Throw it out and start all over.

Tip 2) Add the juice of 1 lemon and let the chili rest for a while.

Tip 3) Add some more diced tomatoes to the recipe.

Tip 4) Eat the chili as is and keep a cold glass of chilled nut milk on hand to sip as you eat the chili. The cream in the nut milk will act as a fire extinguisher.

As I read the title of this thread, I was thinking "isn't this the guy who just posted the JEDI SAUCE?!" Thanks for the tips.

mmm...I was blessed to eat Alissa's chili topped with her onion dip at her training this past week. Everybody loved it so much they were sneaking into the kitchen begging for more! It is so scrumptious that as soon as I got home I put the sprouts on and am willing them to quickly grow cause I want some bad! :)
