I've got a very itchy rash since going 100% raw. It's in my armpits, under my breasts and in the crease under my tummy. I'm using clay applications and colloidal silver, taking probiotics and caprylic acid.I wonder if it's a yeast flare up or simply detox.
Any input would be appreciated.
TIA

I wish I knew more about this..... I am just starting. I will say that I have a very fine rash on my face and I have also been itching too.
I will wait for answers as well.........

At a free lecture Tuesday night that my raw vegan doctor gives, someone asked about rashes and the doctor examined him and his rash there infront of us. He had a rash on his tummy and arms and on the insides of his thighs. The doctor said he thought it looked like basic excema and said that vitamin D especially would help as well as A & E.

Hi, sounds like yeast to me. Yeast loves warm damp dark places, all the spots you mentioned fit the bill, so to speak. :)

Sounds like you have yeast since the rash is in the dark, moist places on your body. It will only get worse if you don't treat it. Keep these areas dry by placing a dry wash cloth in your skin folds at night when your are sleeping so that you will not have skin to skin contact. using a anti fungal for 14 -21 day will help. do not use a powder, since these can cause more irritation. Some people find a vinger and water rinse also helps along with the anti fungal also helps. 1 tsp in a pint of water use once a day. If it get worse go see a doctor. hopes this helps

Thanks leeleelocs.I had been thinking about an anti fungal and will get one now. And the dry washcloth idea is a good one. Thanks so much.

Peppermint oil is a godsend for any itchy rash or bug bite. Also I too have some little rash on my hand but I am not 100% raw. I am thinking it is eczema again. Maybe due to stress or I was reading something about eczema being a symptom of omega 3 deficiency, so I've been using flax oil.
