Okay, I'm here to confirm how great Alissa's book and DVD is. OH MY GAWD I love.... love them both. The DVD is really a delight to watch and the two women she cooks for are AWESOME and really complement the whole piece.
I was prepared for it to be 1/2 as good as people say but let me tell you it is even better! This is a must for any newbie especially.............. as a matter a fact a must for any rawvegan period! Okay, just wanted to give my 2cents!

I concur! ...wish I had known about Alissa when I first learned about "raw". I now recommend her site and this forum to everyone. In fact, I let one of my close friends borrow my dvd and I have yet to get it back :)

Yes, my hubby can't help but watch it with me. He tries to read a book
but keeps looking up. It is really starting to sell him on it. :) I think I will have him on my team raw by March or sooner. :p

I'm planning on having a raw party once I get a dehydrator and make a few key recipes.............. it should be fun to introduce my friends to the lifestyle!

A raw party would be great! It's neat when people are astonished to learn that what they've been tasting was created from raw and living foods. I'll bet you'll have a lot of fun with that :p
