In a pickle?

Do you love pickles but cant eat them because they are cooked or don't have time to make the raw ones?

I just bought some EarthBound Farms herb salad mix and there is fresh dill in the salad mix. It tasted just like pickles. (my nickname when I was a child was pickles)

I bought some fresh dill and plan on throwing it in with different dishes that I make. Sometimes I just nibble it by itself.

You can have that pickle taste after all. After all, a cucumber does not taste like a pickle, it's the dill that tastes like a pickle.

Thanks for the information. I need to come up with a raw vinegar/water ratio to marinate some cut cucumbers in with the dill added.

When I make 'sandwiches' I add cucumber and dill because I used to love pickles, Also when I make the tuna from Juilanos book I add lots of dill because what is 'tuna salad' without pickles or atleast the flavor :)
