not enough information. do you have diabeties. How long have you been raw. It could be any thing from bad circulation or nerve problems or poor fitting shoes, low B12, ect.....I have cold feet long time before being raw, restless leg syndrom, bad circulation everything has improved since I have been raw even this short period of time.

niacin is said to help circulation . i know it makes my face feel flushed/warm . also ive read on lecithin and vitamin e . a good raw source of e would be wheat germ oil . im just reading now in one of my natural remedies books about people fixing poor foot circulation with vita e .

its been 4 or 5 years since i used it . and at that time i used tablets because i didnt have a computer to learn any better on internet with til past 6 months . so i wasnt up to speed and didnt even look into raw sources that seriously . its funny you bring it up because ive read alot on vitamin and minerals and their sources and im completely blank on a niacin source . let me guess before getting off computer and reading up for the fun of it . i guess = its a b vitamin so i say wheat . you know im glad this came up because i still have circulatory problems but got off the track of curing it and this now shall get me refocused . happy surfing karenramsell

ok ive got one of my old favorite books out = a rodale book (rodale was an awesome guy , his old organic gardening mags were great ) called understanding vitamins and minerals . good raw plant sources of niacin are = peanuts , sun seed , brewers yeast (a good tasting brewers yeast i like is lewis labs). brown rice and wheat are also but their talking about wheat flour and raw brown rice which i dont know if they mean sprout it . then on e is wheat germ oil , sun seed , wheat germ , almonds , pecans , hazelnuts . but at this point everything else has way less amounts . wheatgerm oil is way highest , then sun seeds , everything else is way lower . now let me find lecithin . well they dont have a chart on lecithin , it just talks about it being derived from soy beans a real lot . well 3rd period of an nhl game is starting so i must bail . goodnight

Thank you Michigan Roman, I think I might try the brewers yeast. I don't have circulatory problems, but I might as well try to prevent it.

Have you tried a chiropractor? I run too and sometimes I experience numbness when my back is out. Sometimes in my feet and sometimes in my fingers. Running is a jarring exercise and can cause your back to go out. A good chiropractor can help you out.
Good luck,
Catherine

Obviously I'm not a doctor and take this with a grain of salt, but I experience all of those symptoms and think I might have something called Reynaud's Phenomenon...
It's relatively benign I believe...it's a peripheral nerve constriction problem which causes certain fingers/toes etc to become cold and blue etc.
You might want to google it and see what you find to see if it fits your symptoms.
I try to eat lots of cayenne pepper to help with circulation. Excersising also in and of itself is great for circulation.

My Dad had that and I massaged all the muscles in his lower leg and he was healed. Running is pretty hard on the body, you might think of giving yourself a nice self-massage afterward or getting a professional one : )
