two questions - paleeese

1. Where do I find "raw" nori?
2. Medjool dates - are they refrigerated? I never bought dates in the past.
I found some at whole food in the fridge section that said organic medjool dates.

P.S. This is my 3rd day 100% raw. Hubby is totally thrown back by me and
showing lots of interest. I'm good at getting him to be CURIOUS and DISTURBED about the SAD. :p

you can find raw nori online. i've never bought it, but am sure others can tell you where to find it.

no need to put your dates in the fridge. i think it's pretty much a matter of preference. i usually just keep mine in the cupboard.

I bought Medjoul dates for the first time and they are delicious, but honestly not enough difference to regular dates to pay almost twice as much. I ususally buy dates in the health store. Last time they did not have any and I went to Kroger and found some that said baking dates from Pakistan. They were cheap, but different. Very dark, almost black and so sweet, I could not stand it. I am not sure if it was only dates in the pack as they claimed. I ended up throwing them away.
