I keep buying too much food. I wanted to make celery soup last week, but never got to it. Now my celery is kind of limp. Its not too bad...I mean I would still eat it. But I was wondering if the live enzymes are affected. The same thing has happened with my red peppers. They are starting to get a little wrinkly. Should I toss and get fresh or is it still "alive"?

yes the enzymes are ok but some of the nutrients may have disappeared. its still ok to eat as long as theres no mold

I soak my wilting veggies in cold water and they come back to life. ;)
