I'm just curious about how you guys eat. Like how often do you eat dehydrated food? Once a week? Every day?
Myself, I eat dehydrated food maybe once or twice a week... I'd like to eat more because it's so darn good but I try to keep away from it. Don't really know why... maybe because it doesn't "feel" raw? I don't know.
Anyway... how often do you eat the stuff? And do you know if it's bad to eat it too often?

In the beginning - here I go with some words, anyway, I was dehydrating daily until I found out my mickey mouse dehydrator was actually cooking my food. I did find a way to work with the temp - which is a lot of work, so I have done something maybe once a month.
It did help me a lot because sadly, I am not as raw as I want to be, but I am striving to be 100% raw.

I don't end up liking most of the dehydrator recipes. I find it changes the flavor into something I don't like quite as much, especially onions and garlic. I eat a decent amount of dried fruit though (raisins, dates mainly) but not daily. So I guess I eat dehydrated food a few times a week, max.

I try to balance "dense" foods with water-based foods...but I usually will have something dense or dehydrated every day. Whether it's a raw bar for lunch, some dried apple slices, flax crackers, or, my favorite, cookies.

About once a week. WHen I eat more than that, I feel dehydrated.

Just a little with my salad every night; for instance, one or two of Alissa's falafels crumbled in my salad.

A few times a week for me. From researching it seems the longer one is raw you learn to cut down or stop entirely from eating dehydrated food.
