I am not sure if this is the right place for this post but here goes.
Has anyone read the book Raw Kids? I just finished it and I was more than a little disappointed. I thought I was going to get nutritional info and ideas about how to raise healthy kids on a raw diet. What I found is an author who doesn't seem to even believe in a raw diet for children. Toward the end of the book she says that she and her family are only about 50% raw. I am not judgeing her decision to be 50% raw. Everyone has to make the best decisions they can for their family. But I am not happy about her decision to write a book that claims it will help you transition your children to a raw diet when this is not a lifestyle that she is following herself.
Is it common for raw food authors to not be actual raw foodist?
What are your thoughts on this?
And Can anyone reccomend any books that deal with a raw diet for children?
