Hi Everyone!

I have been reading the information on this site for a few days before registering. I would like to say Thank You to everyone here for their knowledge, encouragement, and delightfull attitudes. As a new member, your generosity is sooo appreciated. Some of the names that I remember are Rawkinlocs, the priestess, the goddess teacher from Montana (?), Kmik, Tim, Kirk, and the yoga fan with the photo in an upside down pose who admits that she misses being a pastry chef...and there are so many more of you.
Simple information that that made me feel that I can do this and still be who I am ( or about to become) :)

I just got Alissa's book and have recently bought a few others. Alissa seams to have the complete basics that I was looking for.

I'm married to Mr. Meat & Potatoes and have two boys ages 10 & 5 that can be finicky. I can relate to those on this site that still have to "cook" for others. Yet I am thrilled when hubby devours the salad that I slip him while his dinner is still cooking or the kids munching out on the fruit or veggies while waiting and all of a sudden they are too full for dinner. Babysteps and patience....

Currently, I am 70-80% raw with still eating the cooked meal at night. In the last few days I have been weaning off that desire too. I'm noticing what my body is saying including previous days with a bad cooked slip up 'chewing me out' in my gut. Thank you Universe for the awareness-ouch!

I've got so many questions and soon will committ to the 30 day 100% challenge. I'm promising to journal and hope you all hold me to it.
Thanks in advance for your support.

Fondly,
Lisa
