I am just curious what kind of detox symptoms you have all gone through. I know that many people go through several detox periods before their body is totaly clean and renewed.
What have you noticed while detoxing and how long did they last?
Thanks!
headache, dizzy, lethargy, lower back pain (poss kidney stone(s)???), cranky attitude, feelin' kinda blue, and currently-hives on my back, chest and face. Go figure. :(

purl,
it's so funny you wrote about hives. today is day 7 of 100% raw for me and i've just noticed hives in several places on my body.
so far, i've also experienced: cooked food cravings in the first few days (have lessened at this point), headaches, flu-like symptoms for past few days - achy, sniffly, dizzy at times, sore throat, sadness, coldness, uncontrollable crying that comes without warning - truth be told, i've been experiencing the last three for years, way before raw. i am hoping they will all pass as time goes by and i stay raw.
love and peace,
heather joy

I had flu-like symptoms, chills, nausea. It all went away after about a week. About once a week I still get foul-smelling BM's. I assume that is the toxins getting cleared out.
Migraine headaches, fever, joint pain, mouth sores then thrush, sinus pain and eyes ached, nausea, constipation, hives, cravings, a rash and a whole lotta bad mood.
And that was only the first week...

My roseacea has been wild! My face is hot & red like it hasn't been in years. I seriously hope this goes away as I get better.
I had some serious food cravings but I don't consider that detox, more a breaking of old habits. I wanted the foods that were in the house that I couldn't have!
I had some really bad emotional crabbies a few days in. Again I was in the store & saw all the foods that I couldn't have. I'm still going up and down on the emotional issues of eating raw when noone else is.
