Hi,
I am starting the MC today and have read a lot about it, but I still have a few questions.
1. I'm a little unclear about the importance of straining the lemon juice so that there is no pulp. Does it make that much of a difference? I've done a two week OJ fast before but did not strain the pulp that time, since I didn't know about it.
2. What kind of tea do you use? I read someone's post about senna in tea not being good-- or will any tea work? Maybe I can just skip the tea--isn't the caffeine in tea bad?
3. Has anyone noticed a difference between making the lemonade fresh each time or making a batch in the morning for the workday? I know fresh lemon is best, and I can squeeze the lemon juice at work, but would rather avoid drawing a lot of attention to myself.
I appreciate any advice you can give. I have been raw for several months, but kind of fell off the wagon over the holidays. I'm looking forward to doing this fast the right way so I can recommit to my raw lifestyle :)
