I'm full of questions tonight - sorry!!
I've read about the sunfood pyramid, but is there an actual diagram of it? I'm thinking it mimics the government's food pyramid but shows what we eat instead, in recommended amounts. Thanks to all who can help me with this question!

I found a vegan pyramid... wondering if switching the grains with the fruits and veggies would be ontrack?

Also found this... http://indiacurry.com/pyramids/0pyramids.htm
It's the Indian food pyramid. They don't show and actual pyramid though --- just the amounts. The thing that's off for us is the milk part but i would think a healthy serving of greens or sesame milk would cover that. Ofcourse the nutrition breakdown is all on a cooked diet.

I was realllllllly hoping to find a RAW pyramid! It makes it easier for me to understand. I know some say "Eat what you want when you want" but i like charts and graphs :)

i choose my foods daily in accordance with the sunfood pyramid. david wolfe, a leading raw foodist explains his sunfood pyramid in the sunfood diet success system. (don't be turned off by the word "diet" in the title - the book is SO much more than that)
the pyramid is comprised of three groups - green leafy vegetables, sweet fruits, and fatty fruits. i can't do the system justice though in this e-mail. the book is so packed with information. i am reading it because i desire uncompromised absolute health and wellness. i believe i can have that as david wolfe and so many other raw foodists seem to.

Thank you! I will check out the links. Heatherjoy, is that supposed to be a link in your message, too? I couldn't get it to work.
