Hey there fightyorke...
Been there! Going through the 'what the crap do I eat' stage is totally normal. I've been raw for almost a month now and I've probably eaten, like, 2 salads the whole time. It just takes a bit of creativity and the willingness to try new things, or you'll just be cranky and pissed off like me for a while. ;) lol...
Lately I've been on an asian kick and fancying warm miso soup, seaweed salads, and veggie sushi like it's going out of style. So simple, easy, and tasty, and I definitely do not feel like I'm eating salads all the time. PLUS, you can eat a TON of it and not feel guilty! And it's way cheaper to make yourself than to buy it anywhere! lol...
Let me know if you want recipes and I'll post some in a jiffy. (what a silly word - I can't believe I just typed that)
I also have a really really really REALLY (did I say really?) good recipe for an awesome fruit smoothie with lots of good stuff in it. Very filling, nourishing, and satisfying. :)
About nuts and seeds - do you not want/tolerate nut/seed-base milks? Just courious so I can adapt recipes for you.
Cheers,
VeggieGirl
