This is day 13 of going raw. Yesterday I ate 1/2cup of steel cut oats(they had been soaking in water for 3 days) with just enough raw coconut milk to cover 1 tsp of dried sweeten cranberries and 5 raw whole almonds. I had been loosing 1 lbs a day until yesterday. Could this be the oats, or just my body taking a rest from weight loss. How many raw vegans eat steel cut oats? I read on rarehealth.com that "grains except for rice are for herbivores like deer and horses ect.." I had been eating fruits, vegs. seeds/nuts.
Input would be greatley appricated.

One non raw food amoung your Raw diet, i.e.the steel cut Oat Groats, should not slow your weight loss. I would guess it is as you said, my taking a break. It is rare to lose the same amount day in an day out w/o flutuations, sometimes you hydration levels change too !

daily weighing will not give you an accurate measurement of fat loss. I know the feeling of wanting to step on the scale everyday, but you've got to take it with a grain of salt, it can depend on many things such as how much elimination you had, how hydrated you are, etc.
BTW, check into those dried sweetened cranberries, read the ingredients, most have hydrogenated fats and in every one I've seen there has been actually more sugar than dried cranberries.
