Hi DrPr,

I just found your journal: http://drallison.mydietblogger.com/ . It's a good read! You should put the link in your signature so everyone can read it. I like how it starts with the most recent entry first, so you don't have to scroll each time you want to go back and read the latest.

Thanks for the comments, Craig. I try to put helpful things in my journal, like how much I've paid for certain foods, the major nutrients I'm getting/not getting at the moment, and mistakes I make. I also just talk about what I've learned up to now and my opinions about things, right or wrong. I feel very positive about the prospects of attaining optimal health eating this way. I think it'll be awesome to look back at my journal 200 lbs from now and see what life was like before and during my transition back to living.

Wow...you really do measure everything. You must spend an extra hour a day doing all that calorie counting. :eek:
