My husband had an accident with his hand.

He had an operation several years ago where the doctor repaired an injury where my husband cut his tendon and the repair left the tendon short and he has a pulling sensation where he has to stretch his hand out to get relief and it stiffen up on him. He does a lot of writing and he can use it but it pains him sometimes. Will eating raw help this condition? Also when it's cold it get very senitive where I cannot hold his hand it gives him a odd tingling feeling.
Can anyone give us advice?
