View Full Version : Better Movement & Flexibility(less crackling sound)
That's great news!!
I can't help you with your question though, but I experienced that crackling sound as well in my knees, they told me once that the bone wasn't completely round, so when moving, one bone would move over the other and you could hear that... I don't hear it anymore, at least not very often, but I don't know why, maybe because I already lost a lot of weight, so my knees aren't stressed that much anymore because of that...

What a coinky-dink!! I was just thinking the same thing this weekend. I have been raw for 4 months, and I have noticed that my crackling sound around my ankle isn't as much as normal.
It could be mind over matter but I was wondering if raw foods had anything to do with it. I only tend to hear my crackling sounds when I am bare-foot. But I do wonder if my crackling sounds are caused by my diet. Hmmm.....

My knees use to pop every time I knelt but since going raw they don't anymore. Also, my jaw would sometimes pop when I'd yawn big. That's stopped too (plus I'm yawning much less). I think there's definitely a connection.

I noticed that my shoulders (which were definitely at least slightly arthritic) move freer and easier. They still crack alittle, but there is no more pain. That happened toward the tail end of my juice fast. I believe it has to do (at least in part) with the cleansing of the blood. Raw fruit and veggies, fresh water and fresh air, purify the blood. The blood runs all through the body and if its healthy and clean it brings healing. When people eat fast food and drink soda pop and eat candy it makes the blood more like sludge. It can't flow with the healing power because its clogged and dirty. Thats what came to my mind as I contemplated the reason for my shoulders healing. I also became much more flexible. These things always excite me about the possibilities of the near future. If I feel like this now, how will I feel after 3 more months raw? After another year raw? It gives alot of hope :D .
Peace.
