Are there any raw food blogs out there that chronicle what food they eat daily? I've found lots of blogs that talk about the person's experinces and reviews etc, but none that focus on what the person eats daily. When I first became a vegan I found a couple of bloggers that recorded their daily menus and I found them very helpful and inspiring. So now I'm looking for the same thening in raw food.

Some of our 30 day "bloggers" on this site list what they eat daily.

I'm not really a blogger, so I'm not sure...but have you checked out the journals here on this site? Most of them show what people are eating as well as their personal experiences.

I have a blog at http://drallison.mydietblogger.com/ . At first I blogged my groceries and occasional food info, but now I blog calories, carbs, proteins and fats daily, along with the contents of all meals and snacks. I hope people stop by because it would be great to get feedback on what I'm eating and how it might be related to any symptoms/consequences I'm experiencing.

hi naturegirl... i keep a blog and i have been thinking of writing down what i eat daily. it's just very hard i think because i get so busy!

i will start today writing down what i ate yesterday... and try to keep it going...

i do eat soups and some grains - like organic short grain brown rice - cooked. so i'm not 100% raw. my husband also eats rice, popcorn, and tofu and other soy products... but i would say we do 90% raw... we eat fruit in the mornings, then big salads all day long, or lettuce wraps, and then for dinner we are still at the stage where we are experimenting with different things. we don't have a food dehydrator yet so i feel limited to what i can make right now... which is silly because there are really so many things i can make without one...

anyway... you're welcome to check my simple blog out allblahggedup.blogspot.com i also write about other stuff, too, not just food...

I have been keeping track of what I eat, but as detailed as DrPr's! Link is in my sig.

www.fitday.com is a good spot to track & get calorie, fat etc information.

I use sparkpeople.com to track all of my foods. But sites like fitday and others that people mention will do the same thing. I really like the idea of knowing what people are eating and what they experience, but I couldn't find many of them, so I decided to do it myself and then ask people for feedback!! I'm glad you liked it. I try to update it every evening (I'm on Pacific Standard Time).
