black heads white heads

i know acne clears up when on raw...does that mean i will stop getting black and white heads to?

I find that simply eliminating highly-saturated fats from my diet (such as cheese!) has a profound effect on blackheads - if I eat cheese then, within 24-48 hours, I can reliably predict that I will see a huge number of blackheads appear on my face and scalp. It took me many years to notice this link, which is a pity!

Also, although I have yet to try it, you may be interested to know that Peppermint Pure Essential Oil (Mentha Piperita) is reputedly very effective at treating blackheads.
Simply washing your skin more thoroughly, in an effort to remove the excess sebum is not necessarily a wise move - sometimes this strips the skin of other essential oils and the body may over-compensate and make that area all the oilier, undermining your aims.

ok well ive noticed that to get rid of the blackheads you currently have you have to squeeze them or put the tip of a needle in them an squeeze them sometimes a little hard. i dont like being so hard with my skin so will they go away by themselves and wont that take a long long time?

a while ago i tried those sticky strips that you leave on and peel off and its supposed to lift them out.... i was thinking if i soaked my face in very warm water for a while and then tried the strips it would work...cuz the last time i tried the strips it didnt lift not one black head out. any suggestions?

I had cystic acne since I was 18. My skin glows now after 2 yrs high raw I get compliments on my facial and body skin ALL the time. There is endless joys that come from good foods and moods. My blackheads have all but disappeared as with the white. Keep the faith!

thank you for starting this thread! i have been messing with those pesky pores on my nose for days and was wondering the same thing! now i can let my nose alone and wait for healing. yea! :D
