Okay I meant to post this on Flutterfly's inquiry for thai food but couldn't find it so I just thought I would start another post. This was soooo yummy, I think some of the best stir fry I have had raw or cooked. I chopped up broccoli and fenoui (fennel bulb?) finely and added garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, nama shoyu and my own seasoning of thai spices. I don't know exactly what is in the thai spices because I made them myself by dehydrating fresh leaves from a "thai" package at the supermarket and then grinding them up. I dehydrated overnight which was maybe a little bit too long but it was still really delicious. Then I added some young coconut and mixed everything up and the taste is really incredible, so thai tasting and rich and satisfying and very easy to make too!

That looks amazing. I have to try that! Yummy! I'll see if I can find a substitute for the thai spices.
