For all those snackmaster users - can you tell me what you dont like about it and what model you have. I'm new to the raw life and figured I wopuld get one since I ordered Alissa's book. TIA

i have the snackmaster by harvest something brand. me being the flake that i am, it doesn't have temp control. i also found it to be cheap and flimsy--if yiou can get the rectangular shaped one that is so much more organized.

I can say that the hole in the center is a bit of trouble when making crackers and such and can only assume that it would be easier with a rectangular solid shape. Also you can't put tall things in without having an adaptor ring or removing/ruining a shelf/ring. Mine works great and has a temperature control I like it ok but then again I have nothing to compare it to. I have never had or used any other dehydrator.
