Hi everyone!
Another Arlington, VA person here. NOVA folks, check out http://www.vsdc.org/raw.html for info on monthly potlucks as well as a link to raw meet-up. Looks like there's one this Saturday downtown at Java Green.
I've been moving toward raw since 12/28 (just beat that New Year's rush). This board definitely helped get me started. I've ordered Alissa's book and DVD; can't wait to get them.
Got past the initial detox headaches, although still feeling some not painful muscle twitching and chest discomfort that I hope will pass. Have learned much from search the general forum on what people might go through.
Also a runner and have found the marathon threads.
Hope to "see" you in the general forums and meet the locals soon. I went to the VSDC potluck Sunday and it was very fun.
