The raw carob that our local store sells tastes just awful to me and David. It's very grainy, smells like it's going bad, and doesn't even taste like carob (at least nothing like the roasted kind I've had). It turns recipes an almond-butter brown instead of a dark brown. It's "wildcrafted" from Spain. It's....yuk! :(
Do you use a brand of raw carob that actually tastes good, that I could get online? Where can I find it? Thanks!
