Ok, I have 2 questions:
1) I bought some Kola Nut Powder online. It sounded so cool, so I wanted to get it. But now that I have it, I have NO IDEA what to do with it! Any ideas? :D
2) I also bought some raw cacao nibs. I figured out how to use these...maybe too well... :p
Everything I have read about them indicates that raw chocolate is a superfood. I added raw honey, oats, and raw walnuts to them, ground everything up, and put them in the fridge as chocolate balls and in the dehydrator as cookies. Everything was AWESOME!!!!!!!! :)
They just seem too good to be true... I want to lose weight eating raw foods, and I am afraid I might not if I just go out and re-create all of my choco-holic foods that got me a little chunky in the first place.
I know they were healthy, but I don't know if I should be worried about how fattening they are??
I guess-timated on the calories, and it didn't seem all that bad considering that all I have eaten all day has been raw fruits and veggies, but still...I feel guilty.
Has anyone out there gained weight on raw foods?? Is this possible even?? Or is this guilt just something that will detox out eventually with all of the other crap I have leftover from a SAD lifestyle?
