Hi everyone, happy new year!

I have a few questions if you don't mind:

1- What is the best water: distilled, reverse osmosis, bottled from a source...?
2- When juicing a lemon, do you juice the peel? If so is it healthy to do so?
3- Sprouts, like alfallfa, mustard, bought in stores, does it really need washing?
4- Olive: is it considered a fruit or a veggie?
5- I had more but I forget... :) later...

Thanks so much,
Michelle

1- What is the best water: distilled, reverse osmosis, bottled from a source...?
This is an ongoing debate and you will never to get a group of people to agree on it. I have just purchased a distiller but I know that others will not agree.

2- When juicing a lemon, do you juice the peel? If so is it healthy to do so?
You can juice the peel as long as it is organic and unwaxed and yes it is healthy. I use whole lemons in smoothies.

3- Sprouts, like alfallfa, mustard, bought in stores, does it really need washing?
That is up to yourself and depends on how fussy you are. I have only recently worked up the courage to use store bought sprouts unwashed.

4- Olive: is it considered a fruit or a veggie?
Fruit I would think because the stone is probably a seed but that does not mean that it should be treated as a fruit for combining purposes. Perhaps it should be treated as a non sweet fruit like cucumbers.

5- I had more but I forget... later...
Well then we look forward to hearing from you later and remember that a raw food diet will probably improve your memory.

1 The best water is from juicy fruit. It is naturally purified and filled with nutrients.

Best,
Gosia.

I Just spend 7 days at the Optimal Health Instute in San Diego it is a raw instute. They reccommend filtered water. Unless you are on a dexto diet then
reverse osmosis
