hello all. My grandmother and mother are hard core juicers and raw foods only. I am trying to do it but cant. I feel as if my life is boring or dull without foods I am used to. Lots of times i have terrible cravings for foods too. Help

Make the choice now and do the 30 day challange. What is 30 days out of your life (you will gain far more than that at the other ens as a result) and at the end you can then decide how much cooked food you want in your life. You are lucky to have family members to support and show axample. Go for it
wow, how nice it would be to have two people in your life who are raw already! i would definitely suggest doing the 30 day challenge here and getting alissa's book- so inspiring! also, the more i read about raw foods, the more i know it's the right path. read up and learn- read all the inspirational before & after stories! when your mother or grandmother are juicing or making raw, make sure they make extra! i would be so thrilled to have some raw food friends in my life! in my kitchen! use them for support, grab some yummy recipes, eat your favorite fruits & vegetables at first and read more! get into it! don't invite cooked food thoughts into your mind- instead, make a raw dessert or smoothie! the more you get into raw foods and make it your life, the easier it will become! if you're creative, inspired about raw, i promise you- soon enough, cooked food will be the last thing on your mind.
