Hello All,
Been here for about a week now! I'm 99% raw. The Universe has brought me to this path. In a constant stae of evolution, looking back it is easy for me to see how this path has come to be. In any case, I'm here and glad to be! SO far this group has been fabulous. Thanks for being here and to Alissa for providing such a lovely place to grow and share! I have yet to read your book, I plan to look for it this weekend at the bookstore.
At the moment, I chose to eat raw all day and have 1 cooked item in the evening. It is really working for me. I respect food more and my body.
So for that I am grateful.
I'm looking forward to growing and sharing with all of you!
