I posted this within my newbie question post also but if anyone has Alissa's book and DVD and would be interested in trading them temporarily for a book I have by Harvey Diamond called Fit for Life not Fat for Life...it's a much newer book by the author of Fit for Life...I am completely trustworthy and we could set a date by which we would return each other's materials. I could get the book read and the DVD watched within one week. I wouldn't mind lending out my book for longer than that.
I am on a tight budget right now but would love to read more about Alissa and her ideas and info so that I can get a better grasp on eating raw and living raw.
