Just wanted to stop in and say "hi" at this great site. After hearing about Alissa Cohen from a Raw Food group on yahoo, I followed the link--and I'm so impressed! I'm not quite ready to do the 30-day challenge, but I'm working up to it. I was about 95% raw for 6 months a couple of years ago, lost a bunch of weight, slept a lot better, felt better, had more energy, lowered cholesterol, etc. But when winter hit that year, I had trouble dealing with the cold weather we routinely get between Buffalo and Syracuse (NY). I fell out of it, and it's been hard to get back on track. I'm set to do it again, though, and I'm so happy to have this resource. I'll be setting up the 30 day+ challenge soon!
