I'm so happy about it since I now eat raw and feel like I'm 36 years old.
I wouldn't go back to eating the S.A.D. ever again.

Hi Becky, I am almost (in 4 days) 62. Have been vegetarian for over 30 years, but only raw for about 2 months.Attempting 100 %, some days better than others. :)
