My husband and I are going to Atlanta next month and being raw this time we will have to plan our meals.
Can anyone give us suggestions for the trip? When you all take trips that last about a week how do you prepare and what do you eat while staying at a hotel.
The last trip we took I took everything I could think of and my husband said he did not want to be loaded down this time. So, please tell me what you all did when going on trips.

If I were you, I would find the best grocery store near where I was staying,(you may even find a Whole Foods close by) and shop for the freshest produce to do me while I was there. If you own a dehydrator, I might may a few things (like crackers) to take with me. Maybe someone else has some better tips. Also, I would call the hotel and find out what kind of small appliances your room has on hand (like a blender). Best of luck.

Depending on where in Atlanta you are staying, I know there is one raw food cafe that I go to whenever I am there (someone else may know of others). Let me know where you will be and maybe I can point you in the right direction. There are quite a few Whole Foods Markets (also known as Harry's Farmers Markets in some locations)

ok, this doesn't have anything to do with raw, but but but if you are going to Atlanta you MUST go to the new http://www.georgiaaquarium.org/ that just opened up. It's the largest in the world.
