Hi! I have been preparing myself for this plunge into total raw/live foods eating for quite some time now.. I bought the Raw Foods Diet Ebook by Christopher Westra on icreatereality.com. and , quite frankly, he talks way too much about the pleasures of self administered enemas (colon cleanses) for my taste. But anyway, I found him from the "What the (Bleep) Do We Know?" website. I have bought my sprouters and books on sprouting, some live energy bars for unprepared moments, and I am resolved to not ever put another dead cooked thing in my mouth again! My beau (fiance) is taping a documentary on my progress-starting with the numbers on the scale, and a slow rise upwards on me struggling to get into this size 10 pair of jeans. The end of the movie, of course, will be the same scene with a much smaller number and loose fitting jeans! I'm excited! I will be eating yogurt though, and I am getting a yogurt maker. I guess I have one question for you guys- Where is the best place online to buy the CHEAPEST raw nuts and seeds? If you know any cheaper than "nuts online" please let me know. I may just start a chat thread under this title. ---Onabreeze
