New here. Just started learning about raw foods. Last month I read a couple of books on fasting, and thru those books I was turned on to raw foods. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 4. I currently weigh about 170 lbs. I have ALWAYS had food issues-and I'm looking to break free from my food addictions and skewed thinking. I'm so bad that I've been known to hide the evidence or wait til my skinny dh goes to bed before I eat a large amount of food. I have a 30 day juice fast planned starting on Jan 3rd, then I hope to go 80-100% raw. I just need info, info, info! I plan to spend the 30 days in prayer, fasting, and READING! Well, anyway-it's great to be here. :D
