Master Cleanse

I am starting the Master Cleanse this morning. I have been procrastanating for a month about starting The Raw Life!! I feel like I have sludge running through my veins :( and I am hoping that doing the cleanse will help to get me off to a fresh start. My hubby found a dehydrator with electronic controls and temp controls and bought it for our Christmas present for each other.(he likes to dehydrate deer meat for relatives, he doesn't hunt thank god). I swear it's as big as a 25 inch TV.

Can you tell me a little bit about what the Master Cleanse consists of? I hear people talk about it but I don't know what it actually is.
