Namaste,
Awesome bike is it yours?

It's a Ducati superbike--way out of my league. I usually ride a Beamer R1150 GS or an RT. Have a few other nice ones in the stable. They're a lot of fun.
Blessings

Thanks Carmel, for the welcome. I greatly enjoyed reading your posts before I joined the board. Your balanced aproach to the Raw Diet and general outlook are so refreshing.

Hi Tim--GS06, I just sent you a private message. If you ever come back to StL to visit family let me know. We have a Saint Louis-based Yahoo group, a monthly Raw potluck and a meetup with Raw food preparation. Sent you the link.

Since joining the board I've been inspired to do a three-day fast. It's nice to find such support. I'm twenty-four hours into it. Looking forward to greeting the New Year with that clarity of mind and feeling of lightness that I have not experienced for a while.

Peace,
Tim

Hi Vess
When I started the raw diet I had a girlfriend who was getting into it at the same time also. That was a great help. I started by periodically fasting and getting regular colonics. Then I discovered a book by Victoras Kulvinskas, followed by other books. I've always done things that were not mainstream. I bought myself a colema board a few years ago. I use that whenever I fast. It really helps.

I know what you mean about the night time. I've made some awful food combinations and overeaten raw foods many times. I feel I can partially make up for these things with the colema board. There have been plenty of times that I fell down but you just gotta get back on that horse and try again.

I don't feel qualified to know why you're energy is down. It could be so many things; lack of sleep is something that I'm constantly dealing with, and still trying to improve. When in doubt do a fast. It builds your resolve. Hang in there
