Hi all,
I would like to share my detox experience, that I had yesterday. I was quite surprised about detoxing again, as I have done a 2 week juice and water fast only 15 days ago! Anyway, after my fast I gained back about 6 pounds :mad: even if I have been 100% raw (except for 1 evening where I had some steamed potatoes), and yesterday I had a terrible, painful headache, that resulted in me laying in bed almost all day, with a feeling of nausea, that make me throw up the little bit of fruit I ate in the morning. In late evening eventually my headache went away, and I started to eliminate a LOT of fluids! I went to toilet many times, and this morning I woke up feeling great!! I lost all the 6 pounds overnight again, then I went to the gym and I have been able to jog on the treadmill for 60 minutes, keeping my heartbeat constant (my average was 30 minutes, feeling dead at the end).
I am very surprised again about being on the raw path, because everyday is full of surprises and I discover a new me!

Hi Fragola,

I know exactly how you feel.

I also had a serious detox episode yesterday. Seems to happen once a month these days. I eliminated FIVE times yesterday. My stomach was feeling funny. I knew I wasn't sick. The 5th time was all water. After that I felt great. It was early evening. Aside from breakfast all I had eaten was a mango. After the episode passed I had to go out to do a prison ministry. .When I got back I was sooo hungry! I ate 3 bananas and had 32oz of fresh OJ. I didn't care that it was 10pm. Its crazy but I really appreciate the detox, because I know my body is cleaning house and after I always reach a new level.

I'm glad both of you are feeling better after the detox, yay! :)
I seem to be feeling a bit off today as well, all I want to do is sleep! Had hardly any sleep yesterday (stayed over at my brother's and they don't have central heating so it was like 14° C, brrrrrrrrrrrrr...
