Hello, I'm a new member and am really excited about meeting new people and learning tonnes! I am a bit of a youngin', 16 years young and looking forward to living well in to my hundreds. I'm still not really sure how to use this site but practise makes perfect eh!?

How wonderful for you to travel this path at such a young age. I wish I knew about raw foods when I was 16! You'll get the hang of the board quickly enough. If you have questions, just ask.

Hi there, Yay I have a message, I am so excited about this website. I keep telling my family about it and I think they're all keen to sign up aswell. How long have you been raw for?

That is so great to have your family's support and interest in raw! It makes it so much easier. :D I have been aspiring to 100% raw for 10 months. The longest I've gone so far without a slip up was 74 days. I love the way I feel raw and have gotten my husband into the act as well, although he is still eating SAD too. Baby steps, he'll get there too!

I think the lack of responses is due to Christmas-probably most people are still away, or busy, or visiting with family, etc. This is really a great, friendly board. Don't feel shy to jump in on the other threads and check out the journals too - lots of great info and inspiration there!

Glad to have you aboard! I am on day 19 of 100% The longest I have gone is 100 days however, this time I am in it for life!! I don't ever want to go back to the way I felt on cooked foods. Good luck to you and your family!

WOW for life, good on you! I'd love to be able to do that too. I've been told life goes so quickly, I don't want to speed that up by ingesting cooked, lifeless food. Good luck to you
