hi team - have been 80% raw 20% cooked for a week so I am very dependent on this support network right now. I am 54 times around the sun, have a 12 yr daughter and two very nice cats. Am single and committed to regaining my good health. concerns are arrythmia, pretty nasty a week ago, overweight 45#,hiatal hernia. trying to get of med for arrythmia and if you an give me support in this area, please do! Do you know Victoria Boutenko? She had arrythmia; to the point that her doctor said she wouldn't live.

I had the same problems when I first tried, go to the Journal section and Alissa has a Post that will step you through.
