Raspberry Sorbet

This was a pleasant accident! I was making the raspberry sauce for the ice cream cake, but I didn't thaw the raspberries first, and it came out exactly like sorbet! Try this:

1 10oz. bag frozen organic raspberries
2-3 tbsp raw honey (or to taste)

Put in the food processor (not a blender) and process until smooth! Its so delicious!
