Hello All;
I am a 45 yo homemaker in Oklahoma. I have always tried to be healthy but think RAW is the way to go. I have dabbled in it for a few weeks, gathering books, supplies and information. Now for the real commitment after the holidays. I will will join the 30 day challenge for Jan.
