I've looked at Wild Oats and the Asian market, and no one has nama shoyu. Is it a specific brand? Is it differend from just regular "Shoyu Soy Sauce"? I bought some of the latter, made by Eden. It says "Eden Selected Shoyu Soy Sauce, Traditionally Brewed" Will this do? I have a whole bottle of Braggs that I don't really care for so I thought I'd try this instead....

The kind I buy is San-J brand Organic Shoyu, naturally brewed. I can find it at Whole Foods or at the natural foods co-op. Yours sounds like the same thing to me!

May ask health food store to special order and should be no increased cost or inconvenience to them.

"Nama" means raw/unpastuerized. If you put "nama shoyu" in your search engine you will find places to order from. I look forward to when Alissa is selling more products so that we can purchase from her (if that happens to be a goal of hers).
