Bee Pollen

To all you Bee Pollen users... can anyone tell me what the daily dose of this stuff is? How much do you use like in your smoothies etc...? I found all kinds of info on what it is and what it does but I can't find how much to take daily. :confused:

Hi Angie,

I eat one spoonful daily. Occasionally I will eat one spoonful
in the morning and one in the evening.
