We've all read many posts by Rawpriestess in which she descibes how much easier it is to clean and maintain her home now that she and her husband are raw (i.e. no greasy pots and pans, no baked on food in the oven, etc. etc.)
I just realized something over the weekend. It was "time" to clean the fridge and as I pulled out the food items and started to wipe down the shelves, I realized that they were already clean! There was no spilled barbecue sauce, or ketchup encrusted around the lid. No odd smells mixing together. No rotten veggies because we were too busy eating the SAD items. No spilled this or dribbled that or crumbs!
Another great benefit of being raw-the fridge stays spotless!
