Good Evening:)

I'm very interested in going to a raw foods lifestyle, but I'm not really clear on how to get started.

Also, what are the thoughts on coffees/teas...

that should get you started; a tip is dont make it harder than it need be.

It is a very simple diet.

You can make home made tea as long as it is not over 110 degrees.
(ie, mint leaves and such living herbs)

Welcome to the forum and my best wishes on your healthy path ahead. This forum will be a great toolf for you. Alissa's book is invaluable to have as well, as it walks you through everything and informs you in so many ways, so you are not in the dark as you make your way forward.
