Have any of you all made bread w/out doing this?

:) Hi,
Have any of you made bread without dehydrating or freezing it?
If so could you share your recipes.
I was a bread junky and now that I am raw I confess I do miss it.
So if you can help me it will make my days brighter.

I also loved bread, not as much as coffee and chocolate!!! The carrott raisin bread is really good especially with almond butter. You do have to dehydrate but right now I have that and banana bread "Unbaking"
